Daily Goals: 1. Drink 8, 8oz. glass of water 2. Consume between 1270 and 1620 calories per day 3. Snack on more fruits and vegetables 4. Exercise daily

I'm trying to lose approximately 80 lbs. Any tips, or words of encouragement are welcomed.
