great job! I am sure you'll get some great info from some more educated on here......I have been stuck with the same 20 to lose for 2 yrs now, after losing 100.....I'm ready to figure this out...

To lose weight is simple but not easy.

Hi there, I've lost 66lbs with cardio and am ready to officially incorporate ST routines.

My questions for the experts:

- How do I come up with an effective ST routine?

- I have Whey Protein. When is it best to take it?

- What other supplements do I need?
