I suggest that initially you treat a resistance band workout as you would any strength training programme and allow 24 hours between workouts. On alternate days add in some form of physically activity such as walking or bicycling.

It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.

I said getting fit was simple, I did not say it was easy.

Cardio burns calories, strength work burns fat.

Eat well to lose weight, exercise to get fit

You can not build a six pack using twelve packs

Hi...I am new to this team and SP. I'm so glad I am here. I am just starting to lose weight and become healthy Once Again :(
I am choosing to not live in the past ( my previous successes with weight loss and now with weight gain )
Fitness has been an issue for me for a long time. I am so out of shape that a resistance band workout benefits me in the cardiovascular department too.
I am wondering how much ( time ) and how often to do a resistance band workout?
ANY suggestions or information is appreciated.
Have a great day!! emoticon
