Hi team! I just wanted to take a moment to thank this wonderful team for the several welcome messages I've received! I really appreciate it!

Now, a little about me. I have been a member of SP since 2007. During this time, I have been up and down in my weight. I have finally decided that I need to lose the weight and keep it off for good! This needs to be a lifestyle change, not a "diet"! One of the things I can do to accomplish this is to walk 10,000 steps a day, and though I'm not there yet, I believe I can do it. I have joined the November challenge, and I set my goal at 6,000 steps a day. I have been averaging that since I received my Spark Tracker. I hope that in December I'll be able to increase my goal to 7,000 steps a day, and then add another thousand steps each month until I reach 10,000. Some the higher numbers may take 2 months, but I'll keep trying until I get there.

I'm looking forward to making some new friends on this team! Have a great weekend everyone!
