Woohoo, I just did the W1D2 c25k workout today! I think I'm goaling to do an actual 5k early next year as well. Good luck!

I have an ultimate goal of going a 5k in the spring of 2010 with my sisters and parents. I have this goal to help motivate myself. I have never been a runner so I am following one of the many couch to 5k programs that are out there. I just finished Day 2 of week 1 and I feel pretty good overall. I did try a new leg workout yesterday....note to anyone else who is going to start running: don't do a new leg workout the same day you start running...your thighs will be on fire the next day!!
