Oh, I know how you feel, lol! I keep craving my favorite restaurant dishes...not only are they unhealthy, but I don't have money to always eat that stuff--double trouble!

My first week here I'm just recording what I eat normally to see what I'm doing wrong at the end of the day, then starting Sunday I'm putting my butt in gear!

Hi everyone! I'm a graduate student and hoping to lose this stress eating weight by the end of the school year. I just started on sparkpeople a few days ago. I went home to see my parents for the weekend and it was not good news for eating!! I just looooove pizza. I'm hoping this group will help motivate me to lose as much weight as I can and feel good about myself. One of my mine goals is to get all my energy back!!
