try to introduce a new habit each week. One less a week could be a start. have a lollipop handy to deal with the craving of the one you take away to give you a hand to mouth habit and help with the dip in your blood sugar levels.

I'm Erin, 33 year old, and I really need to quit smoking. I want to be happy and healthy without having a cigarette in my hand. I smoke about 10 a day, so I'm trying to cut back instead of going cold turkey...but I'm not sure that's the best route. Any advice is gladly welcomed, and good luck to the rest of you! emoticon emoticon
