Hi All, I am new to the team. Just got the book, but have on;y read the first few pages. Cognitive behavioral therapy has helped in other areas of my life, and so here's hoping. I just began my journey a week ago. Happy to meet you all.

Yay!!! Hot Momma Kal you're HERE!!! I'm so glad you decided to try this book out. I've had it for years and never really finished doing the program. I'm on Day 25 now and I wonder why I never did it before. I think you're really going to enjoy the exercises. Dr Beck HAS KNOWLEDGE. She's sneaky. Like she has ESP and reads my mind before I even notice it. Ha! Let me know how it goes for you. I'd love to buddy up. I think I'll keep redoing a lot of these exercises, because they're awesome life long lesson. HUGS my DAILIP SISTER!

I ordered the original book as well as the workbook and UPS literally just delivered it to me. I'm looking through it now but I will officially be starting tomorrow. I can't wait.

Good Monday.

I just ordered the book and workbook from Amazon on two-day from Amazon. I am hoping to have it to take on a retreat I am going on this Sunday and when I get back the following Sunday I will be ready to join this group and finally have a clue as to why I have spent the past 47 years (since I made my 1st communion looking like a small sausage and I'm 54 now) yoyo dieting. I want to LIVE and eat like others and have a lifestyle of good, healthy eating habits not every fad diet that comes down the pike. I'm even IN one of those books having done one of Jorge Cruise's programs a few years ago! I am really trying to figure it out!
