Hello everyone,

Welcome to team Fit to fight. If you are looking for a fun easy and motivational challenge to help motivate you to get up and move please join this challenge. Here is what we will be doing for July 2020. If you have any questions at anytime please let me know. So with that being said here is our challenge for July 2020.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR THIS MONTHS CHALLENGE:

emoticon All you have to do is find a workout plan that you love to do and stick with it for a full month. The following workout plans you can try include the following programs. Walking, yoga, pilates, HIT, strength training, etc. Theses are just some examples on what you can try workout wise. Walking will be our main exercise we will be following in this challenge group.

emoticon Make sure that you are keeping track of what you do workout wise. Log in your workout accountability each day. Try to get in 3-5 days/nights of exercise in every week. Make sure to take one day off as your rest day. At the end of every month we will share how many miles we walked. The main thing you need to know about this challenge is to see how healthy you can get just by getting up and move.

emoticon HOW YOUR DAILY WORKOUT ACCOUNTABILITY SHOULD LOOK LIKE EVERY WEEK/MONTH:

7/1: Cardio workout.
7/2: Strength training workout.
7/3: Cardio workout.
7/4: Walked at work.
