196 today is higher than what it was on Nov. 21, but lower than the 198 it was just a couple of days ago.

My step tracker died...it's not my total excuse, but...if I can just get back to walking consistently 10,000 steps a day, I think I'll see more movement. I've also just signed up for a 30 day--15 min/day workout challenge (https://thebettyrocker.com). We'll see how that goes.

Yes, Leslie Sansone! I love her stuff. Had a lot of her DVD's before my last move :o( . I didn't know she was on YouTube though, so...may check that out. The place I am, when others here are gone, I use their treadmill and walk, and it's set up infant of the TV so I often watch Netflix then. Could do her too I guess (different moves, and probably a better workout than just walking), but I'll keep it in mind for sometimes at least, or when I am back to less space.

SW 211 as of 10/27. Thanks Suzie for starting a new thread. So I had my A1C checked on the 28th, 5.8 I was happy about that. I did manage to lose 15lbs since July.

Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds is good for indoor waking. You can watch on YouTube. Check her out and let me know what you think. Good luck!

Well I start this month exactly where I started last month, but in between I went up and then back down. Now to work on that steady downward trend.

SW Nov. 1: 194.4
Nov. 8:
Nov. 15:
Nov. 22:
GW Nov 30: 192

I'm setting this goal low, but if I do that, and then do that much the next month...and next...that will be good.

My strategy to get there--main focus will be just to get back to walking 10,000 steps a day, while watching what I eat/calorie intake.
