Or should it be healthy or not healthy?? I think I will go with the healthy vs the non healthy! I have been noticing a lot more belly fat! It's like the last year every lump, bump, fat dimple etc is showing up on my belly! And I don't understand why because I just don't eat that much! bwaaaa haaaa so much denial in one mind. So this is day3 of tracking. What an eye opener!!! i'll keep it up for at least a week and set a new goal
