If weight loss depends on a good night sleep I'm never gonna lose any weight. The longest stretch of non interrupted sleep I seem to get is 3 hours....

Slept on and off all night. Was waking up every hour.... Started the sleeping challenge yesterday and I think it might have messed with my mind because everytime I woke up I mentally took note of how long since the last time I woke up so I could journal it. Hopefully that urge will go away quickly...
