I got 50 minutes in today. I agree that it's easier to do it every day other wise I end up skipping more than just 1 day. When I started today, I really only wanted to walk the minimum of 10 minutes but as I went on I thought about the calorie expenditure of the extra time. Those thoughts went on till I got in 50 minutes!
