A great healthy dip that is high in protein is a can of sardines, white beans, olive oil, lemon juice and zest with fresh dill. Great with veggies, carrots and celery sticks or with pita, crackers or toast.

I like making my own out of Greek yogurt and different flavorings. Sometimes I get the packets of dip mix (spinach, ranch, French onion, etc.) or sometimes I just make it up with whatever's in my spice cabinet. Equally good with chips or veggies to dip :)
