Antipasto salad with olive oil, and small serving of leftover bucatini pasta with burned butter and Parmesan. Also a banana, which I ate, and two clementines and an apple, which I didn’t eat, because I got too busy.

3/4 cup leftover chicken with gravy in a thermos.

2 cups salad no dressing (Because I don’t like dressing. I will probably pour some gravy on the salad though, yummy!)

1/2 cup Plain yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
2 Tbsp chis seeds

Coffee
Decaf tea
Almond milk, hot chocolate
Water
