Those nutrients are tracked in grams in our tracker. It may be that someone entered the nutritional info for that item incorrectly or that the nutritional info has changed for it over time. Try selecting a different entry for that same food in our tracker and see if the info is a better match. If you don't find a match, you can always enter it yourself.

Let me know if you need additional help.

I am trying to work out the nutrition tracker. I would like to try a keto diet and it says I need 20g of carbs a day. The tracker shows calories and carbs, proteins etc, but are they in grams? I am trying to reconcile how the greek yoghurt I am eating says 1.8g for 100g of yoghurt, but the exact same yoghurt when entered in the nutrition tracker says its "9". "9" what? grams?

I am very confused.
Any help would be appreciated.
