I love cheese chips. Small piles of cheddar cheese sprinkled with paprika or taco seasoning on a cookie sheet. Bake & cool. Yummy!

string cheese or cheese and ham roll ups. peanut butter rolled into balls and frozen, if so inclined you can sprinkle a little dark chocolate shavings over it for flavor.

I like pork rinds. Or 2 ozs of Boars Head sliced turkey on green leaf lettuce. Or Jarlsberg cheese sticks. Dill pickles. Beef jerky (watch the sugars on some) A can of albacore tuna.

Mozzarella cheese sticks or cubes of meat! sliced meat rolled up with a slice of cheese works too.

Frankly it never hurts to start with a glass of water. I often confuse thirst for hunger.

Eggs and egg whites with avocado

Nuts: cashews, pistachios, almonds are my faves

Lean protein like chicken, etc. wrapped in lettuce with a light condiment - kicked up horseradish mustard or hummus

3 thick slices of cucumber
Philidelphia Cream cheese
Smoked Salmon

On each piece of cucumber layer a dollop of cream cheese and a chunk of smoked salmon. I use 3 pieces as a nice snack. Can be shared as non-Keto people love it too

Right now is a great time to get started.

A low-carb roll (recipe based on The Keto Bread from dietdoctor.com: www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/the-keto-bread ) topped with salmon salad (salmon mixed with pickled asparagus, dill pickles, sauerkraut, cream cheese or sour cream or Greek yogurt).

Mixed sliced meats, egg, cheese platter - with a spinach avocado dip.

Low-carb mini-cheesecake bites.

Nuts and seeds mixed with plain Greek yogurt with extra nut butters.

A hearty soup or stew or stir-fry.

Low-carb carrot muffins (almond flour and psyllium husk) loaded with cream cheese.
