I still use Coffeemate Original Powder and I measure out the actual portion size and include it in my nutrition tracker each morning. I only have one small cup of coffee. Actually, it's what I can afford in the long run. I'd love to be able to use cream but I simply can't afford it.

I use real half and half up to 1/4 a cup (2 tablespoons in 2 cups total) for 80 calories. I know others do heavy whipping cream which can be a delicious treat. It's a way to use REAL food to get healthy fats into your diet. The "fancy" flavored creamers are basically lab experiments in a bottle.
