It was 110 degrees outside today but I put on my videos and did 15 minutes weights, 30 minutes cardio and then a walking video. Total exercise minutes 120.

At lunch for my second side they had scalloped potatoes. I love any kind of potato product really. But instead I got a side of mixed vegetables. Thats a win for me! I know I'm making progress.
And I hit 10,000+ steps

-weeded a flower bed and spread bark for paths and for weed deterrent. Soooo glad to have that done. Have 3 more beds to go.

-stayed on meal plan today.

-prepared food in the morning before I went out to work.

Right now is a great time to get started.

I stayed on my food plan for the second day in a row. My new goal is to prepare and plan meals/snacks first thing in the morning before starting anything else. It was great. and I was not hungry either. 😊

My victory is I’ve stayed on track for another week. It’s getting easier now that the sugar cravings are gone and my clothes are fitting nicely again. Nothing starts my day off better than zipping up my jeans with ease!

I managed to get over 25K steps on my Fitbit for only the second time since I began using it. My 3 mile walk and then all the additional steps came fro being on my feet for 5 hours at work.

Didn't get all my steps in, but did a 28-minnute Body Groove workout. Took the salmon out of the freezer to be ready to fix tomorrow.

had a stressful situation at work and I didn't even think about eating to relieve unpleasant feelings

Goal weight:
59 +- 1 kg /// 130 +-2 pounds
CET (Europe, Hungary)

Maintenance Lessons Learned:
-go on with the healthy lifestyle learned in weight loss phase
-just add healthy foods gradually to stop losing
-work out every day - 30-60 minutes is enough to maintain weight and good mood
-do not try to balance overeating by extreme workouts, it is not going to work
-avoid overeating, instead of satisfaction you get stronger cravings

My victory for today:

After lunch 🥙, a healthy salad with spring mix, sliced strawberries, hemp seeds, cucumber,
I took a walk around the block, instead of a nap; walking 🚶‍♀️ with a slight limp, my Left toenail in healing process. Prior to this incident, has been doing much longer walks.......so today, a small victory.

Every day we have that little battle between the pint of ice cream and the extra helping of broccoli. Between getting our exercises in and watching one more episode of our favorite show. Between ensuring we get enough sleep and being distracted by electronics.

Share your little or big victories - whether it's as simple as you didn't buy the cookies that were tempting you at the store, or as huge as you ran your first marathon!

Acknowledging our successes, however small, can help us feel better in that sea of temptations, reminding us 'we can do it!'

Here's mine - I finished my 3-day fast! I had been struggling for a while to get through the third day, and would usually fall out around 2 1/2, so I am super stoked that I made it all the way to the end of 72 hours!
