i tried to do something new but it didnt workout. So I got frustred and ate 2 strings cheese 14 pepperoni slices and turkey and ham roll ups.

Grilled chicken thighs (seasoned with spicy louisiana seasoning tonight) skin removed.

10 fresh picked cherry tomatoes, a nice mess of spinach with a small pat of butter and some vinegar,
and for dessert a fruit salad with cherries, bananas, blueberries and a tablespoon of honey. Yummmmm
