Yesterday I had a piece of Greek quiche (totally delish, with olives, feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, spinach) with a side of pasta salad. Then 6 Rolos for dessert. :)

for lunch everyday I have a blueberry and banana protein shake. it is made with a healthy meal replacement and whey protein . I also have been adding greenie which provides you with 5 servings of vegetables and 2 fruits. this is very filling. I make sure I have a protein snack between breakfast and lunch and again before dinner. this helps keep my energy levels up to keep going during the day.
