A serving size of ravioli stew I made in the crockpot. A great recipe. Lots of seasoned veggies, cannelli beans, ravioli with cheese and spinach. Tastes good, low cal and filling. Those are the recipes I look for. No meat in this one either, and with veggie broth. A good one for vegetarians also.
