Turkey burger with fries.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

I made myself a sandwich of 2 slices of wholemeal bread, 2 thin slices of leg ham & some baby spinach leaves.

For breakfast, I bulked up my regular oatmeal with some low-fat natural yoghurt & it really filled me up. I ended up throwing away 1 slice of bread from my lunch, because I wasn't able to eat the whole sandwich.

For someone like myself, a self-confessed bread lover, it just proves that it is possible to control your carb intake.

I was going to make a turkey burger, but the ground turkey wasn't thawed :(

So i had a slice of wheat toast with about 2 tsp of BBQ sauce and a serving of lunch meat. Also, I had a baked sweet potato
