I ate 1 cup of yogurt with 3 freshly sliced up strawberries, 1 banana & 3 Tbs. of Anne's House brand, mother nature's reward nuts in it, mixed it all up & ate it with a tall glass of water. YUM! I was full as could be too! emoticonemoticon

We had a special thing going on at work today for opening day for baseball so there were brats and burgers around. I chose a brat (1, in the past it might have been a brat AND a burger) and finished it off with a SmartOnes ice cream treat.
