I made a salad of Feta Cheese, Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, Romaine and Butter Lettuce with Hidden Valley Lite Ranch. I ended up eating only 1/2 of it because I stopped when I was full!!! Need to revise my food entries. Lots of water today...I think I drank like 7 glasses already and still drinking and it's only 1:45 p.m.

I caved and went to McDonald's, but not before making sure it fit into my day. I had an unsweet tea, a Filet-o-Fish sandwich, and some pretzel thins.

Roasted Veggie Wrap from Einstein Bros. Bagels - not a good choice! As it turns out, it has lots of cheese and grease. I only had about half, so everything worked out all right.
