Hi - I'm on day 2 - and my breakfast today was a serving of Kashi GoLean Almond and Flax cereal, and a container of Source Yogurt. It was a light brekkie, because I got up late, and we were going to be having lunch in just a couple of hours!

Uncured Applewood Smoked Bacon (1 piece)
Fried Egg (PAM spray, no oil)

Came in at 324 Cal, 30 Carb, 14 Fat, 18 Protein, and 5 Fiber
