I had my homemade "cafe au lait" (coffee w/ 1 cup non-fat milk), a 100-calorie bagel w/ 1 T reduced-fat peanut butter and lightly sprinkled with a Splenda-cinnamon mixture, and 1/2 of a large navel orange cut in bite-sized pieces. It's one of my favorite breakfasts, one of my "regulars."
