Yoplait Light Vanilla yogurt over 4 oz fresh sliced strawberries. 3/4 cup grapefruit sections and juice. Fresh fruit in the morning makes me HAPPY!

I had Kellogg's frosted mini-wheats bite size-24 biscuits which is 200 calories and I had 1 cup of 1% milk in my cereal.

I enjoyed 1/2 cup skim milk and 1/2 cup Frosted Mini Wheats Cinnamon Streusal heated in the microvwave w/1/2 cup of mixed berries. Yummy!!

Overnight Oats--great breakfast for someone who is busy in the mornings.

The night before I put 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal, 1/2 cup milk, some fruit (this morning it was frozen blueberries), and some PB in a jar and seal the lid. You could use a bowl, too.

The next morning I just grab the jar, stir, and chow down. So yummy!!!

Work hard, eat well, run long
