I've been making myself eat breakfast for about a month now. I usually have a Yoplait Light Fat Free yogurt, one cup of fruit (watermelon, grapes, canteloupe, etc), and a Special K bar (or generic version). I've stopped drinking anything other than water and milk - coffee and tea give me heartburn!
