Not yet, but I am going to have the PB&J Oatmeal that is in the #fitfood challenge. It is so good! 1/2 cup of outmeal cooked as usual, stir in 2 TBSP of peanut butter, 1 TBSP all fruit jam and 1/2 cup of raspberries. Serve with milk. Yum!!

I never used to be a smoothie person AT ALL, but for the past year my very, very favorite breakfast is the PB&J smoothie from the Spark cookbook, plus a slice of whole wheat toast with a dab of butter. So yummy, sweet, filling, and savory, and totally gets me through my very busy work day (sometimes I have to go 6-7 hours before I get my lunch)

Smoothie: 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup 1% milk, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 small banana, 1 tsp. strawberry jam, 1 tbsp peanut butter

Sounds like a great way to start the day. Breakfast is my favority meal of the day too!

I had overnight oats, which is just dry oats soaked overnight in milk. They get nice and soft and no need to cook! On top, I added raspberries, almond slivers, and a dab of honey. Delish!

Hey everyone!
just had breakfast... my favorite meal of the day! Shredded wheat plus All Bran buds mixed with plain yogurt and sweetened with blackberries - delicious!
Added walnuts for some crunch and healthy fats, plus an egg for extra protein burst!
I try to get approx 400 calories in my breakfast meal - so that I can jump start my day with loads of energy!

Same thing as yesterday! Half of a whole-wheat pita pocket filled with two eggs that had been scrambled with two tablespoons of salsa.


Female, 5'4". Weighing in on the first weekend of the month.
