EGG, EGG whites poached together in water topped with milled flax seed. Arnold thin and one tablespoon of P.B. !/4 cup cranberry juice in water. Kava coffee and NF 1/2 and 1/2.
I have yard work today if the weather cooperates so I wanted protein to keep me energized.

emoticon I am a total grumpy pants if I don't eat breakfast! The meals vary. This morning I had 2 scrambled eggs, and one hot and spicy morningstar farms sausage. I tossed some frozen broccoli and cauliflower in those eggs. YUM! Yesterday I had some chocolate 80 calorie fiber one cereal and skim milk. I love that cereal! Healthy and tasty..yes, please! emoticon
