I am starving this morning..ham sandwich...coffee. 2 slices, Healthy Life Bread, 3 Slices Oscar Meyer smoked Ham, 1 tsp. miracle whip. Still hungry...but I can wait. Mid morning snack opton...oatmeal or Atkins Advantage shake.

Yes, I try and eat breakfast every day! If I didn;t I would be eating everything in site around 10:30. I ate 3 wasa light rye crackers with 1 tbsp of peanut butter spread amongst the three crackers

Ive always just been a coffee drinker in the morning, so trying to do the breakfast thing is hard. I had a 1/2 cup of FF cottage cheese and a hard boiled egg...and 3 cups of coffee (so far) lol
