1 cage free vegetarian fed egg, 1 slice ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain toast with 1 tbsp just fruit blueberry spread, 1/2 c Chobani nonfat plain greek yogurt with 1 tbsp wildflower honey topped with 1/8 c blackberries and 1/8 c raspberries, 2 cups coffee with fat free half and half.

Not yet but I definitely will. Coffee with 2% milk and sugar, and two apple pancakes.

Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.

Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!

Granola bar. I am trying to lower my blood sugar. Does anyone know if 12 grams of sugar is too much? I don't use any other sugar.Is there a better brand than Nature Valley?

Three medium soft-boiled eggs (some of the last of my farmer's market stash...), strawberries and coffee with milk.

Starting Weight: 268 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

A bowl of porridge cooked with 1/4 cup of rolled oats, 1/4 cup of 5 grain porridge mix, 1 cup of skim milk, 3/4 cup of water, a slivered packham pear and cinnamon.
After cooking, I added 4 Tb of wheat germ and a Tb of chopped peanuts

I went all out for breakfast this morning since I'm working tonight and won't have a big dinner. I had two scrambled eggs with chives, toast with light garlic and herb cream cheese, and two sausage links. YUM! And just barely over 300 calories :)

Today, so far, I've had a whey protein shake, and now looking to this thread for inspiration for something else.

Yesterday, I had 1/2 c. oatmeal with chopped apple and cinnamon, sweetened with a little agave syrup. This did a good job keeping me from getting too hungry before lunch, but I'd like to experiment with different filling breakfasts.

I do. I was told it's bad to skip meals. I always try to get a little protein and a little carbs. I do egg whites and whole grain toast or yogurt with a little fruit and granola.

4 belvita biscuits, a white coffee with semi-skimmed milk and a banana. I eat differently on any other day, but today I had my WW meeting first thing in the morning and I had to take the breakfast with me there.
