Porridge - cooked with 1/4 cup of 6 grain porridge mix, 1/4 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of skim milk, 3/4 cup of water, a chopped green pear and a sprinkle of allspice.
After cooking, I added 4 Tb of wheat germ, 2 Tb of no fat natural yoghurt and 1 Tb of chopped walnuts.

I had girly cramps this morning, so I calmed it down by just having tea and a small glass of soymilk with a dash of nutmeg in it. I had a larger lunch when I felt better.

2 servings of Cracklin oat Bran w/8oz of half and half and a cup of decaff. I know it's a little high calorie but today is my first day on here! I used NEVER eat high fat foods!

oh too bad i didn't see this yesterday when I had oatmeal and strawberries; today hubby made bacon (1 pc) and fried eggs (1 and 1/20; But I only ate 1/2 slice toast emoticon

Apple, one hard boil egg and cottage cheese with cinnamon.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

Today was my totally unconventional day of the week breakfast. I'm single and live by myself with my 2 dogs and LOVE to cook...so often I end up with too many leftovers in the fridge. So this morning I had a 1-cup serving of Chili for breakfast with 1/2 of a whole wheat mini bagel and a banana. It came in around 350 calories so worked for me!
