Yes, I had Porridge - cooked with 1/2 cup of 6 grain porridge mix, 1 cup of skim milk, 1/2 cup of water, a chopped red delicious apple and a sprinkle of allspice
After cooking, I added 3 Tb of wheat germ, 2 Tb of Low-fat greek yoghurt and 2 tsp of chopped walnuts

1/2 cup cooked oatmeal with 1 tbl dried cranberries, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon with a cup of skim milk!

I know this sounds strange but it regulates my blood sugar(Diabetic) and gets me going, plus I love it. 1/4 c. Pinto beans, 1/2 c. lean ham, 2 T. Salsa, .1oz Pepperjack Cheese. I eat this daily.

1/3 cup egg beaters, 2 slices wonder bread wheat toast (lots of protein!) morningstar farms veggie sausage links and a small banana! I love this breakfast because it fills me up and gives me more than a 1/3 of my daily protein!
