one cup of Special K red berries cereal, 1/4 cup 1% milk, a small banana and a Pepsi Max (Zero everything, except caffine!) Total of 229 calories. :)

Yes, I have to eat breakfast. If not I am starving by 10 am and end up snacking all day even after lunch. I eat lowfat cottage cheese with fresh fruit. Greek Yogurt with frest fruit or with a healty trail mix, boiled egg with 1 slice of 12 grain bread with fruit. Egg omelets with veggies.
