My top three... 1. To reduce (and almost eliminate) chronic hip pain--it becomes acute when I'm carrying extra pounds. 2. To feel younger--mobile, flexible and energetic. I should NOT feel like a creaky, tired old lady when I'm in my 40s! 3. To be able to do what I enjoy--running, hiking, dancing, zip-lining, etc.

To improve my chronic kidney disease,it is stage 2 at G.F.R. 60 and my kidneys function at 50%. G.F.R. 59 is considered serious and stage 3. My kidneys do not produce the hormone to make red blood cells and I was given a hormone replacement shot. I have 59% red blood cells, should be higher and was given Iron pills with hemoglobin to replace what I do not have. With some diets and exercise you can improve or even lower the counts for diabetes or chronic kidney disease and sometimes reverse it. I am 53 years old and at a healthy B.M.I of 24.
