Lower body portion of my current 2-day split weight routine followed by decline crunches. Luckily, there was someone in the gym to help me get up once I was done with the crunches. I was toast.

Following these two simple instructions will guarantee success:

1. Take a baby step forward.
2. Repeat step 1.
