First time in a long time that I worked out in the morning... did sixty minutes on the elliptical and then another thirty minutes of intervals on the bike, resting at resistance 5 and working at resistance 9.
Speaking of the elliptical, I am using a Precor "crossramp" style that they have at my gym that has adjustable resistance and incline. I have increased the resistance and incline one notch each week. Up to 4 on each, and while it's hard for the first few days, at the end of the week, I'm ready for that next step.
