First time in a long time that I worked out in the morning... did sixty minutes on the elliptical and then another thirty minutes of intervals on the bike, resting at resistance 5 and working at resistance 9.

Speaking of the elliptical, I am using a Precor "crossramp" style that they have at my gym that has adjustable resistance and incline. I have increased the resistance and incline one notch each week. Up to 4 on each, and while it's hard for the first few days, at the end of the week, I'm ready for that next step.

I did the Spartacus Workout which takes 41 minutes to complete an hour later I did the first 60 minutes of the P90X Yoga workout.

Walk for sure but thinking seriously about Prepping the Hallway this evening so that I can prime and paint this weekend. I figure 2 hours of heavy DIY-Cardio and I might get all the mud work done!

I am seriously buzzing about today. Don't know why! Guess I'm feeling better finally!

60 minutes so far walking at fast pace on the treadmill. 3.6 miles so far. Will pop in the iFit card for the treadmill and do another 30 minutes later.
