My husband and I spent the whole day cleaning and fixing our house and yard in preparation for our son's high school graduation party tomorrow. We worked really hard and I am so sore but proud. I had to guesstimate the fitness log.

Yes, elliptical at highest resistance for 120 min. using 2 min. HIIT at 5-10 min intervals.
Strength at 70 min. 15 lb weight 20 reps also using resistance band and stability ball.
Stretch at 10 min
