Swam this morning! Usually go every weekday but the holiday threw my schedule out of whack. Going to try to go on the weekend to balance.

Since I find it very difficult to exercise when my husband is in and out all day, I will "exercise" by shoveling snow for at least an hour. I think that will count, there's a lot of snow out there to be shoveled!! And maybe sneak some exercise bike time in when he's out and about sometime today.

I ran for 25 minutes and walked hills on the treadmill. I might either do elliptical later, or an exercize tape that focuses on those difficult areas (which ones aren't? lol)
