Since I find it very difficult to exercise when my husband is in and out all day, I will "exercise" by shoveling snow for at least an hour. I think that will count, there's a lot of snow out there to be shoveled!! And maybe sneak some exercise bike time in when he's out and about sometime today.

Came down with a nasty cold yesterday, so maybe a 1 mile walk at most today.
