Did a good workout on the Total Gym. Ride the bike for 40 minutes.

I am going to do the cardio glide for an hour and after dinner do the Elliptical for 1 hr-90 minutes.

Today is a rest day, but I may try a few moves from a workout plan I found in seventeen magazine. I still get those magazines, even though I'm almost 20, but I always just turn directly to the health and fitness part. They usually have rally fun workouts.

I don't know if I will find time for exercise today, but at the very least I plan on doing some stretching as I will be driving long distance x2 to get to and from a birthday party this evening.

No idea yet - I came here for inspiration!

I walked the dogs for 40 minutes earlier. Might do upper body strength in a bit. It's so hard to get motivated on a grey, rainy day! Skipping is my latest obsession, but I can't safely do that indoors with 2 dogs and a cat underfoot.
