I've done Insanity before and Shaun T is CRAZY! I love that he motivates you right when you want to give up! Keep it up because it works! Very hard, but it works! They say that in one workout you can burn over 1,000 calories!!! I think you've just motivated me to begin that again!!!

Did 30 minutes on my exercise bike and then 15 minutes of dancing on Dance Central. Burned 102 calories just dancing!

A light day, 20 minutes on the treadmill , running, and then 2 sets of 25 reps of crucnhes, pushups, squats, and calf raises, and 10 minutes of good stretches..
