Got the minoura bike trainer from the garage to put into my living room. Out of sight, out of mind. I have since got on the stationary bike and cycled already

My son got pretty sick yesterday so I wasn't able to go anywhere. I really want to get some strength training done today. I'd also like to get some cardio in if I can. It may be in the form of house cleaning.

I'm going to mow the lawn today. It takes almost 3 hours to do it. I'll be all exercised out by the time I'm finished. And I'll love the way the lawn looks--double success!

At least 30 minutes of upper body (dumbbells, resistance, and ball work) and then cardio...probably Leslie Sanson 2 miles or else by using the ergometer...haven't decided which yet.

I may have to take a rest day today instead of Sunday. I work until 4:30, have an appointment at 5:00 and another appointment at 7:00. I'd like to get in some strength training if I can, but it looks doubtful.

Today was my first great workout in over a month, as i fell off the wagon when i went away on a 2 week vacation. I started off with Jackie Warner's total body circuit training video, 45 min. Then i jumped on the treadmill for a 2.4 mile run to get my cardio and mileage up. I hope i can keep this up!!

Jackie Warner scares me, lol!
