Have we got a SparkPeople fitness expert available? I'm over 60 and don't want to do anything to injure myself!
I saw a 30-day pushup challenge and have a question. While there is a rest day listed once per week, doesn't doing a bunch of pushups every day go against the "give each muscle group 1-2 days rest between sessions" theory in strength training?
I know you can work your core daily, but this is not just core; also upper body! Help, please and thanks!
