Well, it took awhile to get out of shape so getting into shape will take time. All I can recommend is to slow your pace down or maybe go for shorter walks and work towards building up your fitness level.
Hi. I'm a 58 year old woman and weigh 192 lbs. I am out of shape to say the least. When I go for a short 35 minute walk at a moderate pace after 8 pm I get so out of breath and it takes awhile to breathe normally. How long will it take until I don't get so breathless when I walk? Thank you so much.
