I love the Spark workout videos. They have really helped me. Look under "Learn" then go to "fitness".

Youtube is great for senior strength training, senior aerobics, and also stretching.
Use it frequently

Kind of depends on what you have available and/or how much you want to spend. You can do a search for "no equipment strength workouts" or resistance bands (my choice) or use weights if you have them or want to get them. I gave up on weights as I injured myself too many times and concluded there was a better way to do it. Anyhoo, there is a bunch available both right here or by searching the web or YouTube:

Hi All
day 1 at spark people after a long hiatus. I am 5'4" and weigh 200lb so quite obese.
I wanted to get some coaching from a personal trainer for strength but with the current situation forced to fend for myself at home.
Question for anyone - do you recommend some online videos or DVDs for strength. I am planning to walk 45mins a day so that covers some sort of cardio. Of course, nutrition is my challenge!!! love fried and sweet food :)
