Coach Merle gave some great links. I have used the generator myself and it's helpful. Also don't be afraid to check out YouTube and Pinterest for ideas as well.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if there is an article on this site to show me how to create an exercise routine for myself. I need to start exercising, I have been walking in my neighborhood about 3/times a week and I just want to add or do something different.
