Good March morning....the challenge is all set up, I hope with warmer weather on the way riding will get easier...I'll continue on my recumbent bike upstairs so the weather doesn't matter but I will get outside to walk more often.

I have been a giant wuss since getting back from Costa Rica. I’ve been hiding inside and hitting the weights the last bit because it feels so cold outside to me now! It’s supposed to warm up a bit this week so I’m hoping to get out a bit more.
