Mild exercise that you can do without pain, but check with your Doc and see if that results in a referral to a therapist. Having said that, the most important thing you can do for your muscles and bones is to lighten the load, so controlling your nutrition is job one. Same thing here, see the Doc and maybe ask for a referral to a Dietician? Stick with it, never quit. Best wishes in meeting those goals!
